MACADAMIA TOUR EXPERIENCE - from $18

* Includes interactive tour experience, learning about where Macadamias Australia started
* Virtual viewing of the factory process 
* Virtual viewing of the Farming Process 
* Insight into bee production 
* Nature based activity including nut cracking 
* Sample Session 
* Scoop of Gelato per student 

Duration: Approx. 1 hour

Both of our packages include the option at time of booking to include a morning tea or lunch package!

All tours include:
1 FOC adult for every 5 pre-kindy & prep students
1 FOC adult for every 8 primary aged students

1 FOC adult for every 10 students grade 7-10

1 FOC adult for every 15 students grade 11-12

Please note that groups over 30 will be split into two to ensure they have the opportunity to learn from the host and ask questions along the way.

As we are an operational processing facility and orchard, we are unable to tour the facilities due to WH&S and Food Safety Protocols. 

We have designed specialised experiences to ensure students can learn about Macadamia Nut Processing and Farming. 

As our primary business is within nut harvesting, processing and selling, any visitors that are allergic to macadamias are not encouraged to attend - we are unable to ensure no trace elements will be in contact with them during their visit. 

* All School bookings require a minimum of 14 days notice which will appear as 336 hours per system design
* Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to arrival.
* Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. If payment is not made 7 days prior to arrival, Macadamias Australia will process the payment on the card details provided automatically. 
* Payment failures may result in the tour requiring to be rescheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment can be processed in line with our 7 day period. 
* Orchard tours outside are included in our program. In the event of wet weather, tours will be adapted and conducted safely indoors. 
* Students are required to be supervised at all times by an adult as our primary business includes customer service in retail, tourism and hospitality. 
* In the event that Macadamias Australia has to cancel your tour, you will be offered  the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
